Creating A FOA Case

  • From the Store home screen click in the 7-help section and click New/Status/Update
  • On the home screen please select the Accounting drop down
  • Next chose Accounts Payable
  • The Franchisee desiring membership should make sure that the store number is listed as well as what FOA they want to become a member of
    • The subclass should be FOA and the sub-subclass be all
    • Also in the Description state FOA membership and in detailed description section and state i would like to became a member of, provide the complete name of FOA at $xx.xx per month for dues
  • Then submit
  • Once the case has been submitted you will receive a case number.
  • The case will them be routed to AP
  • The FOA analyst will complete the task request from the case and then close the case
  • All membership adds, changes and removals must be submitted by the 22nd of each month.
